Izzy is a Musical Director, Musician, Actress and Singer with an MA in Musical Theatre from Mountview Academy and a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Music. After 7 years as a Music and Drama teacher (with 5 as a Head of Department and in Management), Izzy further honed her musical theatre and performance skills with a full time MA. 

Since graduating from Mountview, Izzy has appeared in a number of Actor-Musician, Regional and London Shows, and has also toured the world as a Cruise Ship Production Vocalist. She has worked as a Piano-Vocalist in London and on Cruise ships, and has been an MD for Cruise Lines, Musicals, part of UK Tours and Production Casts for European Resorts. 

Izzy is absolutely passionate about creating bespoke production shows, arrangements and orchestrations that singers and dancers love to perform. She has created the tracks, arrangements, vocal arrangements, charts (and more) for companies such as TUI, Thomson Gold, Tallink, Brittany Ferries, P&O Ferries and SAGA Cruises, and performed onsite installs for various clients. She has also project managed a number of shows and is used to overseeing every stage of a project from planning, liaising with other creatives, rehearsal to delivery. 




Michael is a Musical Director, Arranger, Composer and performer originally hailing from Wales, UK. After first studying Vocal Studies at Trinity College of Music in London, he attained his MA in Musical Theatre Musical Direction from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Glasgow. He has worked around the world performing as a musical director and pianist in locations varying from Cadogan Hall in London to

Dubai Opera House.


He is the co-writer of the new musicals Animus and The Clockmaker's Daughter, which was nominated for 3 Off West End Awards including Best Musical Production, Best Off West End Production in the West End Wilma Awards 2015, Best New Musical; and 6 BroadwayWorld.com Awards including Best New Production of a Musical (Fringe or Regions). Michael and his writing partner, Daniel Finn, are in the process of writing their third musical, and he is in the midst of several projects with other writers as well.


Michael also teaches and musically directs at institutions around the world including Trinity Laban (Guest Lecturer in Musical Theatre Composition), Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (Guest Lecturer in Music Technology for Musical Directors), The Urdang Academy, Associated Studios, London School of Musical Theatre, the MTA (where he was also Deputy Head of Musical Theatre), University of Cumbria, London Studio Centre, University of West London (Guest Lecturer in Musical Theatre Composition), Dubai Performing Arts and Guildford School of Acting.

Grant graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Music, Commercial Composition and Technology.  Musical Director on the UK/Hong Kong tour of ‘Avenue Q’, he also toured with ‘Seven Brides for Seven Brothers’, and previous shows include We Will Rock You; Rent; Into The Woods; The Drowsy Chaperone; Copacabana; Spring Awakening; Little Shop of Horrors; La Cage Aux Folles, Putting It Together and more, along with prominent pantomimes including The Grove Theatre and the Theatre Royal Bury St. Edmunds. 

Grant spent several years as Musical Director for Royal Caribbean International, travelling and performing from Alaska to Argentina.  Having worked for four years with Peel Entertainment, Grant now continues to work in that industry  as a musical supervisor and arranger.  He is also the composer for TUI, providing the soundtrack to their TUI Blue and Gold resorts worldwide.

Grant is Head of  Musical Theatre at The International College of Musical Theatre.

He returned to ICMT from The Urdang Academy, London, where he spent 2 years as Assistant Head of Musical Theatre.  He has also taught at several other academies, including Mountview, Bodywork Company Dance Studio, ArtsEd London and East 15.  When not teaching, Grant can be found working as a jazz pianist, whilst maintaining his passion for composing and performing original material.
